http://www.lib3ds.org. lib3ds is a free cross-platform ANSI-C library for working with the popular 3D-Studio (3DS) model format. lib3ds allows to load and save material, camera, light, mesh, hierarchy and animation data as well as atmosphere, background, shadow map and viewport settings. It also contains useful vector, matrix and quaternion mathematics tools.

http://cgmath.sourceforge.net. cgmath is a collection of useful C++ classes and utility functions for computer graphics projects.
